This is beautiful — what I love most is how you’ve shown that “slow living” isn’t about escaping the world but about reframing how you move through it. The BUBBLE idea really resonates — it feels like we all need our own version of that safe, intentional space.

I really like this idea of a bubble. I agree - people have to find out what works best for them and create their own version of slow. Mine might look so different from yours. I am someone who enjoys many different things in life but I always say that I try to consume them through a considered lens. Everything has to go through that filter so I can assess whether it will actually provide value for me. Can't wait to read more of your content!!

Thank you for your feedback Katharina. I absolutely agree, it is different for all of us. (Actually, it shouldn’t be the same.) Consciousness and awareness is the key. Glad to have you here :)

This is such a clarity bringer for me, I’ve been feeling thrown off with my daily routines because of college but now I’m starting to understand that it only takes a few intentional actions to ground myself once more

One thing I am learning is how impactful “rushing” is when it comes to your day. Even just slowing the pace of your walk really does settle the nervous system, I loved this piece.

I really love the idea of "creating your own bubble". I've been lately feeling very overwhelmed and can't seem to "rest" even sleeping, so your article gave me a lot of food for thought regarding how I perhaps could approach my day to day life, thank you))

“I organize girl dates with my mom. I bake birthday cakes for my mother-in-law. I respect and love my family, and I strive to accept them as they are.” - I really enjoyed your whole piece but I really really enjoyed this particular part. I want to do more special things with my mother and grandmother. And I intend on making more room for this.

Living a slow life is so important and it’s something that’s always been a root in my life. I don’t allow others to rush me and I’m always early because I prefer waiting and getting to know the space beforehand and it makes everything feel better. I wake up at 5am every morning and I take the morning for myself. I make sure to drink water, practice yoga, qi gong, do some singing and creating and then get to work as I balance other things that make me happy in life. I work from home so it’s quite easy for me to implement so many different things that I enjoy in life in my everyday. I often go through my things and get rid of what no longer serves me purpose. Living in a bubble is something that I’ve always known, so this sat really well with me.

Happy to have stumbled into this article, I've been learning to slow down recently a lot, I live in a busy city and I've always had a very rushed life between work and friends and family, trying to keep up all the time. Until I realised I was too overwhelmed all the time, I decided to start slowing down, its a new learning journey I started 🙏
